Draft — pending legal review. Not yet binding. This page reflects our current practice, but hasn't been reviewed by counsel as a formal Privacy Policy.
Privacy Policy.
We keep this simple because our current data practices are simple: the marketing site collects the email you give us when you request access, sends it to our mailing-list provider, and nothing else. This page describes exactly that, honestly — it's a draft pending formal legal review, not a substitute for one.
1. What we collect
The only personal data this site collects is the email address you submit through a Request-access form. We don't run a separate analytics tool, and we don't collect names, payment details, or any other personal information through the marketing site today.
2. How we use it
We use your email to contact you about access to Praxys — to follow up, share updates, and (if you become a user) reach you about your account. We don't sell it or use it for unrelated advertising.
3. Third parties
We use Loops as our email/mailing-list provider — your email address is stored there so we can send you messages. We use Cloudflare to host this site and run the Request-access form; like any host, it sees standard request metadata (IP address, user agent) needed to serve the page. Full subprocessor detail lives on the Security & Trust page.
4. Retention
We keep your email address for as long as we're actively following up about access, or until you ask us to remove it.
5. Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by emailing us (see Contact below).
6. Contact
Privacy questions or deletion requests can be sent to our contact address on the Company page.
For subprocessors and how we handle security, see Security & Trust. For general questions, see Company.
