Terms of Service.
Praxys is in builder preview. This page sketches the shape a real Terms of Service will take — acceptable use, accounts, ownership, disclaimers, liability, termination, and governing law — but it has not been reviewed by counsel and isn't a binding agreement yet.
1. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Praxys to build, deploy, or distribute anything unlawful, to attempt to compromise the isolation or security of the platform or other tenants, or to abuse shared infrastructure (excessive load, scraping, credential sharing).
2. Accounts
You're responsible for the security of your account credentials and for activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when requesting access.
3. Intellectual property & ownership
Ownership, repository access, export, and any intellectual-property assignment are agreed in the applicable preview agreement. Praxys retains ownership of its underlying platform and substrate unless that agreement says otherwise.
4. Disclaimers
Praxys is provided during a builder preview period. The service, and anything it generates, is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Praxys will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
6. Termination
Either party may stop using/offering the service at any time during this preview period. We'll aim to give you the chance to export your code and data before access ends.
7. Governing law
